However, due to the great attraction of people in the city and neighboring communes and districts to visit and enjoy spring flowers, the problem is that flower markets must be arranged reasonably, considering the choice of locations to avoid as much as possible the possibility of overloading people and vehicles, leading to traffic jams at spring flower markets.
To ensure that the spring flower markets in the city are both beautiful to attract visitors to shop, visit, and enjoy, and safe, avoiding traffic jams, the flower markets need to be located on roads with enough space to create ventilation for the area. Vinh Long City is in a bustling atmosphere to welcome the new spring, the upcoming Lunar New Year 2025. According to the forecast of the functional sector, the number of people visiting and shopping at the flower markets this year may increase compared to last year because the domestic economy and that of Vinh Long province have recovered and grown again.
Therefore, the government and functional units need to have plans and solutions to ensure the spring flower markets are more beautiful and ensure security and safety during these days.
