The People's Procuracy of District 1 (HCMC) has just completed the indictment to prosecute the defendant Nguyen Huong Trang (livestream hotgirl Trang Nemo, residing in HCMC) and 4 accomplices for disturbing public order. Accordingly, the People's Procuracy still maintains its prosecution opinion against the defendants.
Previously, at the end of November 2022, after a week of prolonged trial and deliberation, considering that many details arose but could not be clarified at the trial, District 1 People's Court returned the case file, requesting additional investigation.

During the additional investigation, defendant Nguyen Phuoc Tuan died of a stroke, so the investigation agency suspended the investigation against this defendant.
According to the indictment, Nguyen Huong Trang is the owner of Trang Nemo store on Nguyen Trai street, Nguyen Cu Trinh ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Due to conflicts in online sales business, Trang Nemo claimed that Tran My (a person who is also quite famous, making an impression through livestream videos selling products online) used images from Trang Nemo's websites to post livestreams selling the same weight loss products but at a cheaper price.
Trang Nemo asserted that Tran My sold fake goods, so they had a dispute. After that, the two made an appointment to meet to resolve the matter.
At around 2:45 p.m. on January 16, Ms. Tran My went with her friend Pham Le Khanh to Trang Nemo fashion store to explain and apologize.
However, when Ms. Pham Le Khanh spoke up for Tran My, an argument broke out with Trang Nemo. Trang snatched Ms. Khanh's mask, and Trang Nemo's employees, including two security guards, Nguyen Phuoc Tuan and Phan Hoang Nam, jumped in to beat Ms. Khanh.
The incident happened on Trang Nemo's livestream, which has a large number of followers, so just a few minutes later, the incident became "noisy" on social networks, leading to a large crowd gathering.
When the authorities arrived, Trang Nemo's staff still deliberately rushed in to beat Ms. Khanh.
According to the forensic examination, Ms. Khanh suffered multiple soft tissue injuries, with a body damage rate of 3%.
