Holding the newly issued Land Use Right Certificate and Construction Permit in his hands, Mr. Hop happily stated that his family had previously been worried about the lengthy and complicated procedures related to land and construction.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hop shared: “I was very surprised that the procedures were processed so quickly. In just one afternoon, we submitted the application, completed the procedures, and received all the necessary documents – the land title and building permit – at the same time.
