A Korean company wants support in recruiting workers

KR AUTO PARTS Vietnam Co., Ltd. has a project to assemble Wiring Harness auto parts in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park (Dien Ban town) which is about to come into operation. The company needs to recruit 800 workers in the initial phase to operate the project, so it hopes that the Department of Home Affairs will create conditions for connection, support, and introduction so that the company can recruit workers.

In addition, in Korea, the company operates in an ecosystem of many different companies in the field of high-tech agriculture , so it hopes to be supported in recruiting about 1,000 workers to work long-term in Korea.

At the meeting with the company, Mr. Nguyen Qui Quy - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs requested the company to issue an official document stating specifically about the labor recruitment needs, including contents such as number of employees, qualifications, age, job description, salary and accompanying allowances.

The Department of Home Affairs assigned the Provincial Employment Service Center to act as the focal point to connect and support businesses after having complete, public, and transparent information.

Regarding the recruitment of Quang Nam workers to work in Korea, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs said that KR AUTO PARTS Vietnam Co., Ltd. cannot do it directly, but must go through the Overseas Labor Center of the Ministry of Home Affairs . The company needs to work with the Korean union, have a specific document, and request Quang Nam workers, then the Korean side will work with the Vietnamese Government to promote it.

The company needs a representative to work directly with the Department of Home Affairs to carry out necessary tasks in the coming time to support the company in recruiting workers.
