Bonus level for individual party members when awarded

The Central Executive Committee has issued guidance document No. 56-HD/VPTW in 2015, specifically regulating the bonus level for party members who are rewarded in the form of periodic rewards.

From July 1, the basic salary increased from 1.8 million VND to 2.34 million VND, so the bonus level for party members was also adjusted accordingly.

Accordingly, the form of periodic reward is the form in which the grassroots party organization (grassroots party committee, grassroots party cell) gives a certificate of merit to party members who meet the criteria of "Qualified to excellently complete tasks" during the year.

Specifically, qualified workers will receive a certificate of merit and a bonus equal to 0.3 times the base salary, equivalent to VND702,000, effective from July 1.

Party members who are awarded certificates of merit by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and equivalent for meeting the criteria of "Qualified to complete tasks excellently" for 5 consecutive years will be awarded a certificate of merit along with a sum of money equal to 1.0 times the basic salary, equivalent to 2.34 million VND, compared to 1.8 million VND currently applied.

In case a party member is awarded a certificate of merit by the provincial Party Standing Committee or equivalent for meeting the criteria of "Qualified to complete tasks excellently" for 5 consecutive years, he/she will be awarded a certificate of merit and an accompanying bonus equal to 1.5 times the basic salary (VND 3.51 million applied from July 1).

In case a party member is awarded for excellence (not periodically), he/she will receive the same level of award as above, depending on the level of award.

Bonus level with Party badge

30-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 1.5 times the basic salary; 40-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 2.0 times the basic salary;

50-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 3.0 times the basic salary; 55-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 3.5 times the basic salary;

60-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 5.0 times the basic salary; 65-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 6.0 times the basic salary;

70-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 8.0 times the basic salary; 75-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 10.0 times the basic salary.

80 years Party membership badge: bonus equal to 15.0 times the base salary.

Bonus level for commended Party organizations

Party cells under the grassroots party committee that meet the "Clean and Strong" standard of the year will also receive a certificate of merit with a specific bonus.

For party cells directly under the grassroots party committee, when they are awarded a certificate of merit by the grassroots party committee for meeting the "Clean and Strong" standard in the year, the bonus is equal to 0.6 times the basic salary (VND 1,404 million, effective from July 1).

When the Party organization is awarded a certificate of merit by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee or equivalent for a typical "Clean and Strong" Party cell for 5 consecutive years, it will receive a certificate of merit and a bonus equal to 1.5 times the basic salary of 2.7 million VND, which will be increased to 3.51 million VND in the coming time.

If the Party organization is awarded a certificate of merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee or equivalent for its Party cell meeting the "Clean and Strong" standard for 5 consecutive years, it will receive a certificate of merit and an accompanying bonus equal to 2.0 times the basic salary, equivalent to 4.68 million VND when applying the new basic salary level.
