In episode 10 of Sister Beautiful Who Makes the Waves 2023, Khong Tu Quynh officially continues her journey thanks to Lan Ngoc's rescue. She, Hong Nhung, and Thu Phuong are the leaders of the newly formed music groups in Show 4 - "Finding Happiness".

If everyone follows Quynh's journey, they will understand how hard Quynh has tried and tried. I would like to save Quynh so that Quynh has more opportunities to shine and prove that Quynh deserves the black card."
Entering Performance 4, the Beautiful Sisters will choose songs to perform in groups corresponding to the theme "Finding Happiness". Specifically, the 3 songs of Performance 4 include: "Mashup Doa hoa dong - Canh hong phat; Mashup hoa no mau - Bong hoa dep nhat; Huong magnolia". The rules for choosing songs in Performance 4 are based on the results of Performance 3 and the personal favorite score.

Specifically, the beauties will choose songs based on the ranking order of the groups in Performance 3. The Safe Group will choose first, the remaining groups in the next position will choose later. The selection order of the beauties in each group is based on the ranking of the individual scoreboard. The group leaders of the groups in Performance 4 are the beauties with the lowest total number of individual votes in the group.
My Linh's reaction when she learned that Huong Ngoc Lan was one of the songs appearing at Performance 4 made host Anh Tuan laugh. Thu Phuong immediately shared that My Linh would definitely not choose this "favorite" song because she wanted to renew herself. When sharing about the topic of love, Hong Nhung was curious about how My Linh and Anh Quan reconciled when they were angry with each other. In response to Hong Nhung's question, My Linh gave a remarkable answer that surprised the other four beauties. "If you are angry with me, I will be angry back so that next time I won't dare to be angry again" - said the singer of Toc Ngan.
After that, My Linh revealed to her sisters that she was angry with her husband for 6 months, living in the same house but not talking. My Linh knew her husband loved their children very much, that's why she was angry for so long.
Phuong Vy nodded in agreement because her parents often had a cold war for several months.

We rarely had conflicts," she said.
As the senior in the group, Thu Phuong is the one with the most experience in love and has come up with conclusions to build happiness. "When you meet the person you love, there must be a reason, when you are committed, you must find a way to go all the way" - her opinion.
The singer from Hai Phong shared that she and her partner Dung Taylor have many differences in life views, culture... but she has overcome them and changed to build a beautiful love. "Overcoming the things that are not to your liking, gradually there will be no more personal things for everyone, no more ego, you or me, but us" - she said.

Taking on the responsibility of group leader at Cong Doan 4, Khong Tu Quynh wants to connect the group members by honestly sharing personal stories with each other. Therefore, when asked how many love affairs she has had, "Little Strawberry: "Frankly gave the number 4 and said that she is the type of person who loves deeply".
Continuing the emotional flow about love and marriage, Diep Lam Anh did not avoid and was extremely straightforward: "What hurt me the most in love to make me accept letting go?" In the Huong Ngoc Lan group, the beautiful ladies have to face a new challenge: contemporary dance.
During the practice session, Luu Huong Giang clearly showed her exhaustion and fatigue due to health problems, however, the female singer still tried her best and did not give up for the sake of the group. After that, the whole group continued to practice enthusiastically under the guidance and enthusiastic support of choreographer Quang Dang. Uyen Linh was praised for practicing the choreography very quickly.
Other groups at Cong Doan 4 were very active in practicing to conquer the practice challenge. In the Mashup group Hoa no khong mau - Bong hoa dep nhat, member Huyen Baby suddenly burst into tears while struggling to practice a song but was affected by health problems.
Seeing her teammate suddenly burst into tears, the other beautiful ladies continuously comforted her and tried every way to help her complete the assigned song well.
Being a group leader for the first time, Khong Tu Quynh still feels hesitant when expressing her views and opinions. "I'm a bit worried because I'm a group leader but I don't talk much, so I don't know what the audience will think. But most importantly, what I do is right and best for the group," Khong Tu Quynh said.
