My Tam: 'I want to live better every day'

My Tam - "Inspiring Artist" at Star of the Year 2023 - said she wants to live better than she was yesterday and help people in need.

The singer won the Inspirational Artist award at the Star of the Year 2023 gala, which took place on the evening of January 6 in Ho Chi Minh City. On this occasion, My Tam talked about her feelings as the first person to be honored with this award as well as her views on life.

Last year, My Tam made her mark with the documentary project Nguoi te thoi gian revolving around two live shows Tri am. in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi , using theater revenue for charity. The singer's return to Vietnam Idol 2023, inspiring young people. "I am honored that the press, colleagues, and young people feel what I am doing," My Tam said.

She said she learns every day to become a better person. There are times when she is also overwhelmed by love stories, family, and audiences. However, the singer always encourages herself to try harder. "No matter how bad things are, they will pass. Time is the best medicine," the singer said.

My Tam is famous for many hit songs. The singer has won awards at the 2012 Mnet Asian Music Awards (abbreviated as MAMA), Asia's Music Legend, Big Apple Music Awards. In 2019, My Tam produced the film My Assistant,   Continuously release products including singles and soundtrack albums.
