On July 28, Inspection Team No. 1 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee led by Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen worked with the Standing Committee of the Ha Dong District Party Committee on the implementation of Resolution 04-NQ/TU, Regulation No. 07-QD/TU, Regulation No. 05-QD/TU and internal political protection work.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.
Reporting to the inspection team, Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Dong District, said: Implementing Regulation No. 07-QD/TU, dated November 17, 2021, up to now, 3 cadres have been transferred; 38 cadres have been appointed; 44 cadres have been transferred to other positions.
In 2021 and 2022, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee inspected 7 Party organizations and 9 Party members, and supervised 9 Party organizations and 5 Party members. The District Party Committee's Inspection Committee inspected 10 Party organizations, supervised 4 Party organizations and 5 Party members, and inspected 3 Party organizations and 19 Party members when there were signs of violations.
Currently, there are 3 cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and 35 cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee who must change their positions in 2023.
According to the assessment, the rotation work ensures democracy, objectivity, publicity, seriousness, and results; creating consensus among the staff.
Concluding the inspection, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen assessed that Ha Dong has great potential as it inherits many historical, geopolitical and cultural factors from the former capital of Ha Son Binh, Ha Tay. There are suitable areas when it was merged into the capital 15 years ago.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen highly appreciated the district for focusing on implementing some difficult tasks such as site clearance for the Ring Road 4 - Capital Region project, arranging resettlement for people, implementing some traffic infrastructure projects, implementing the urban government model in 17 wards, improving people's lives...
At the same time, the District Party Committee has concretized Resolution 04-NQ/TU, Regulation No. 07-QD/TU, Regulation No. 05-QD/TU and internal political protection work through many leadership documents, timely instructions and effective implementation; improving the quality of cadres in the spirit of Resolution 04-NQ/TU, seriously evaluating cadres according to regulations...
Agreeing with the tasks and solutions of the Standing Committee of the Ha Dong District Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen suggested that in the coming time, the Ha Dong District Party Committee focus on reviewing the indicators in Resolution 04-NQ/TU, Regulation No. 07-QD/TU, Regulation No. 05-QD/TU and internal political protection work from now until the end of the term.
At the same time, rotate, mobilize, appoint, and introduce candidates to ensure conditions and standards; periodically change work positions to ensure publicity, transparency, and compliance with prescribed procedures to create unity and solidarity; and prepare well for all aspects of personnel work for the next term.
Continue to pay attention to implementing conclusions after inspection and examination of personnel work; well implement contents related to slow-moving projects and service land allocation to have measures to remove difficulties in the implementation process.
