Marriott International and Masterise Homes recently held the grand opening ceremony for the first Marriott-branded apartments in Vietnam on November 14, 2023.

Masterise Homes' name began to gain prominence in January 2021 with the world's largest luxury real estate project in collaboration with Marriott International. Over the next two years, despite the pandemic, the company continuously announced eight more luxury apartment projects.

From its very first project, Masterise Homes has been renowned for its commitment to international quality. The initial success in Masterise Homes' handover process is the positive feedback from Hanoi residents regarding their first "Northern expansion" project: Masteri Waterfront (Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area, Hanoi). As the first Marriott-branded project in Vietnam and the world, Grand Marina Saigon has generated high market expectations regarding its handover quality. After nearly three years of construction, by the end of October 2023, the first tower was 100% complete with all amenities and handed over to Marriott International for management and operation. Simultaneously, the Lake tower officially opened on the morning of November 14th, marking the milestone of the first Marriott luxury apartments in Vietnam becoming operational.

To reach the handover stage, this project had to go through five rigorous quality control checks. First, Mace – the UK-based construction supervision partner – ensured timely completion and handover. Interior quality was double-checked by HBA – an interior design firm from the US – and IFO – a leading interior finishing company from Italy, handling everything from handcrafted work and installation to apartment, hallway, and amenity finishing. The fourth layer of inspection was conducted by Masterise Homes' team of international experts with decades of experience in real estate development in Dubai, the US, Europe, and other regions. Finally, Marriott International certified and guaranteed the quality and service according to global Marriott standards.

Besides the luxury project, Masterise Homes will also hand over LUMIÈRE Riverside (Thao Dien, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) and two projects, Masteri Centre Point and LUMIÈRE Boulevard, in the Grand Park urban area (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
