Reporting at the conference, Mr. Le Thanh Tam, Chairman of Tra Vinh Provincial Lottery Company Limited, said that the total revenue in 2024 reached 6,647.67 billion VND. Of which, lottery ticket sales revenue reached 6,619.58 billion VND, reaching 108.52% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, equivalent to 6,100 billion VND. Revenue from financial activities and other revenue reached 28.1 billion VND. Pre-tax profit in 2024 reached 812 billion VND, reaching 118.54% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. Thereby, the Company has paid the state budget 2,347.15 billion VND, reaching 134.74% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Le Thanh Tam, Chairman of Tra Vinh Provincial Lottery Company Limited presented a report at the Conference.

Implementing social security work, in 2024, the Company contributed 47.33 billion VND. Of which, it supported 17 gratitude houses, 84 solidarity houses, and charity houses; sponsorededucation with 268 million VND; sponsored policy beneficiaries with 9 million VND and supported people to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3 with 2 billion VND; contributed 40 billion VND to the Provincial Social Security Fund.

Promoting the achieved results, in 2025 the Company strives to achieve a total issuance revenue of 7,280 billion VND, of which traditional lottery tickets are 7,140 billion VND and self-selected lottery tickets are 140 billion VND. Total revenue from lottery ticket sales is over 7,000 billion VND. Profit before tax is 850 billion VND and strives to pay the state budget 2,420 billion VND.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the Company perform well the work of synthesizing the status of financial resources and assets for state-owned enterprises according to the direction and guidance of the Ministry of Finance in Official Dispatch No. 4205/BTC-NSNN, dated April 2, 2025 and the official dispatch of the Provincial People's Committee to ensure compliance with regulations. Synchronously implement solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of operations; ensure compliance with legal regulations related to lottery operations and business.
