During 2 days (July 30-31, 2025), the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030. Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van attended and gave a speech directing the congress.
Attending the congress, on the Central side, there were Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Delegation Committee, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dang Ngoc Huy; leaders of Department of Locality 2, Central Organizing Committee.
On the side of Quang Ngai province, there were alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies U Huan; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Tuy; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; former comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and 200 party members representing 1,444 party members in the entire Party Committee.
Achieve and exceed set targets
During the 2020 - 2025 term, the policies and guidelines of the upper-level Party Committees were concretized and implemented by the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies, achieving many positive results. Most of the main targets were achieved and exceeded the Resolution. Political , ideological and ethical work was focused on and directed, creating unity and consensus throughout the Party Committee.
The principle of democratic centralism and the principle of organizing Party activities were strictly implemented; the Party's basic activities were maintained in accordance with regulations, and the quality of Party activities was improved. The work of arranging and streamlining the apparatus in the political system was vigorously implemented and completed on schedule; the quality of the Party Committee members was improved.

The work of developing party members has met and exceeded the target. The work of reviewing, self-criticizing and criticizing, evaluating and classifying the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members has become substantial. The work of inspection and supervision has changed positively in both awareness and action.
Internal political protection work is organized and implemented seriously, strictly, and thoroughly in accordance with regulations. The emulation movement to build "Four-good Party Cells" and "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees" in the period of 2022 - 2027 has been seriously implemented and achieved many positive results.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies will focus on building a clean and strong Party organization in all aspects. Maintain the role as the political nucleus leading the successful implementation of political tasks in agencies and units.
The goal is for 100% of agencies and units to successfully complete their political tasks; 100% of grassroots party organizations and at least 90% of party members to successfully complete their tasks. Continue to promote the application of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in Party building work.

Every year, strive to admit at least 10% of the elite masses into the Party. 95% of agencies and units meet cultural standards. Focus on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations. Pay attention to improving the quality of cadres and Party members, especially key leaders and managers, to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
The Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies aim to make practical contributions to the province's development, striving to become a fairly developed province in the country by 2030.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the Party Executive Committee; Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee consists of 23 comrades; the Party Standing Committee has 9 comrades. Comrade U Huan - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.
Arousing the desire to contribute of cadres and party members
Speaking at the congress, Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary Bui Thi Quynh Van acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies had achieved in the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, she said that the achievements were very valuable and worthy of pride; however, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies also needed to frankly acknowledge the limitations that needed to be focused on overcoming.
In particular, it is necessary to clearly analyze the causes of limitations, weaknesses, and lessons learned to clearly define the position and role of the Party Committee in the development direction of the province. From there, it is necessary to concretize them into appropriate and solid goals and directions for implementation in the new period.

The Provincial Party Secretary said that in the coming time, the requirements and tasks set for the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies are very large, requiring great efforts and determination, promoting the combined strength and intellectual capacity of each cadre and Party member, to excellently complete the set political tasks. Focus on leading and directing the grassroots Party organizations to effectively implement the policies and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in accordance with the characteristics and situation of each agency and unit.
Continue to lead specialized agencies and the entire system of affiliated organizations to improve the quality of public service performance and professional ethics; build a civilized office environment; promote the prevention and fight against corruption, waste and negativity. Continue to invest in and improve digital infrastructure, promote the application of information technology, in which, proactively advise on building an effective "Digital Party" platform.
Focus on building a clean and strong Party organization in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics, considering this a key task, ensuring the victory of the innovation cause of the whole province. Strengthen inspection and supervision of Party organizations and Party members. Resolutely fight against signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party, in conjunction with strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints.
