Phu Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City: Nearly 100% of administrative procedures are resolved before and on time.

On the morning of August 1, Mr. Vu Hai Ly, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Giao commune, Ho Chi Minh City, said that after 1 month of officially operating the 2-level local government, the Public Administration Service Center (PASC) of the commune has processed nearly 100% of documents on time and ahead of schedule.

From July 1 to July 30, the Phu Giao Commune Public Security Center received 4,566 applications, including those in the fields of public security, social insurance, and land registration. Of these, 3,900 applications were processed on time or before the deadline (accounting for 99.64%).

The 14 late applications were mainly due to software system errors or missing application components that needed to be supplemented.

Mr. Vu Hai Ly said that the commune's Public Service Center is equipped with a network line using fiber optic Internet connection, ensuring connection with the Public Service Portal and the electronic One-Stop-Shop software. Basic equipment and personnel meet the requirements of serving individuals and organizations.

Most recently, the commune has arranged a working place, tables, chairs, and computers for the Local Team of the HCMC Center for Public Administration to be ready to work. The commune has also proactively disseminated information about the activities of the Local Team so that people and businesses can submit their applications.
