From July 1 to July 30, the Phu Giao Commune Public Administration Center received 4,566 applications, including those in the fields of public security, social insurance, and land registration. Of these, 3,900 applications were resolved on time or before the deadline (accounting for 99.64%).

The 14 late files were mainly due to software system errors or missing file components that needed to be supplemented.
Mr. Vu Hai Ly said that the commune's TTPVHCC is equipped with a network line using fiber optic Internet connection, ensuring connection with the Public Service Portal and the electronic One-Stop-Shop software. Basic equipment and personnel meet the requirements of serving individuals and organizations.

Most recently, the commune has arranged a working place, tables, chairs, and computers for the local team of the HCM City Center for Cultural Affairs to be ready to work. The commune has also proactively disseminated information about the activities of the local team so that people and businesses can submit their applications.
