At the conference to summarize the emulation year 2024 and deploy tax work in 2025 held on the afternoon of December 26, the Provincial Tax Department signed an emulation agreement to implement the above goals with units under the department's office and tax branches of cities and regions.

In 2025, Hai Duong was assigned by the Ministry of Finance a domestic tax revenue estimate of VND 23,680 billion, an increase of nearly 40% compared to the revenue estimate assigned in 2024.

An important basis to ensure that the province's tax authorities are highly capable of fulfilling their tasks in 2025 is the impressive domestic budget collection results in 2024.

Specifically, the total domestic budget revenue in 2024 is estimated to reach nearly VND 25,457 billion, exceeding 50.5% compared to the central budget estimate and increasing by 32.5% compared to 2023. Of which, the total revenue minus land use fees and lottery, the dividend profit is estimated to be more than VND 16,948 billion, exceeding 38.5% compared to the annual estimate and increasing by 15% compared to the previous year.

All 16/16 revenue items and taxes were completed and exceeded the estimate. Some of the major revenue items include: revenue from the foreign-invested sector is estimated to exceed 33.3%, revenue from the non-state economy is estimated to exceed 35.2%, land use fee revenue is estimated to exceed 85.5%, personal income tax is estimated to exceed 42.4%...

Provincial Tax Department signs emulation agreement with tax branches

The Tax Department Office has 4/5 units exceeding the assigned budget. The total budget revenue of 10/12 districts, cities, and towns estimated by 7 tax branches exceeded from 16% to 126% compared to the assigned budget. If calculating the total revenue minus land use fees, all 7/7 tax branches exceeded from 30% to 114% compared to the assigned budget. Typical examples are the tax branches in Nam Thanh, Kim Mon, Tu Loc areas...
