In recent times, the work of external information has been focused on by the Party Committees and authorities of Nam Giang district. The content, forms of information, and methods of operation are increasingly rich and diverse.
From 2020 to present, current information, including foreign affairs information, has been integrated into 41 political training classes and professional training courses with 2,848 trainees organized by the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department and District Party Committee.
The Steering Committee of 35 districts, agencies, units and localities propagate and mobilize cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to post, share and spread positive and official information, overpowering bad and toxic information...
In the past time, the locality participated in the technical fight, reporting more than 600 bad reports; more than 3,000 news articles and images were exploited, edited, and shared on groups and social networking sites, thereby contributing to spreading and creating positive effects on social networks and having more than 5,000 comments, interactions, and diluting negative, false, and hostile information on cyberspace.
Foreign affairs between the Party Committee and the government of Nam Giang district and Dac Chung district (Sekong province, Laos) are maintained regularly. Every year, the district allocates 200 - 400 million VND from the budget to support breeding cows and necessities for the poor people of Dac Chung district.
The twinning work between 8 pairs of villages and hamlets on both sides of the border between Nam Giang and Dac Chung districts has been maintained, creating conditions for visiting relatives, exchanging and helping each other, further promoting solidarity between Nam Giang and Dac Chung.
