Sunny and cloudy

According to Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Director of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the cold air has weakened, the weather in Hanoi and the Northern Delta provinces will be sunny in the next 2 days (November 9-10); daytime and nighttime temperatures will gradually increase each day.

However, Dr. Lam said that on Saturday (November 11), the sky in this area will become more cloudy and the temperature will decrease slightly.

East Sea likely to welcome 1-2 storms, cold air increases in November

According to meteorological experts, October has seen days of rain exceeding historical values in the Central region. It is forecasted that in November, there will be a possibility of 1-2 storms/tropical depressions appearing in the East Sea; cold air will also increase.
