Raising the total investment capital of Kim Long Motor Hue project to more than 25,000 billion VND

Hue City People's Committee announced that the Kim Long Motor Hue Production and Assembly Complex Project has been adjusted to increase its total investment capital by VND21,178 billion. After adjustment, the project has a total investment capital of VND25,655 billion.

After adjustment, the project has a total investment capital of 25,655 billion VND. The increase in investment capital is to prepare for the implementation of the next phase of this project.

It is known that the Kim Long Motors Hue Production and Assembly Complex Project (Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone) is invested by Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company with a total initial investment of about 4,477 billion VND, divided into 2 phases. The land area of ​​phase 1 is about 30 hectares.

Kim Long Motor Hue Production and Assembly Complex Project has put into operation phase 1.

According to the report of the Management Board of Hue City Economic and Industrial Zone, up to now, the investor has basically put phase 1 of the project into operation, including: a complex of factories specializing in manufacturing and assembling automobiles; a complex of mechanical factories, factories manufacturing engines and transmission systems, and a complex of factories manufacturing auto parts.

It is known that in addition to automobile manufacturing, Kim Long Motor Hue is currently proposing to invest in a social housing project in Chan May (location 8) in Chan May Urban Area in Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone.

The project has a total investment capital of 578.36 billion VND, deployed on a land area of ​​18,788 m², with a project population of about 2,065 people. The total number of apartments expected in the project is about 898 apartments, including: 780 social housing apartments and 118 commercial housing apartments.
