With the orientation of being a center of innovation, knowledge, finance, science - technology, education - training, modern logistics of Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern key economic region, Thu Duc City area is facing a historic opportunity to break through and grow rapidly in the near future.

Thu Duc City People's Committee said that in the coming time, 12 new wards of Thu Duc City, after applying the 2-level government model, will play a core role in organizing the implementation and promoting the practical value of the approved planning.
