The District People's Committee also requested the People's Committees of communes and towns to take action to ban all forms of tours on the above routes; establish teams to control vehicles that illegally pick up and drop off passengers; coordinate with functional forces to strictly handle cases; and conduct a general inspection of vehicles carrying tourists.
