Cam Ranh Bank for Social Policies: Signing a loan trust contract for poor households and other policy beneficiaries

On the afternoon of July 22, the Cam Ranh Bank for Social Policies (BSP) held a conference to sign a loan trust contract for poor households and other policy beneficiaries with socio-political organizations in 5 communes and wards: Cam Ranh, Bac Cam Ranh, Ba Ngoi, Cam Linh and Nam Cam Ranh.

At the conference, delegates listened to the Cam Ranh Social Policy Bank thoroughly explain the responsibilities of the socio-political organizations receiving the trust; at the same time, sign the trust with the following contents: Focus on propaganda and dissemination of the Party, State and Government's policies and guidelines on social policy credit to all classes of people, especially the poor and other policy beneficiaries; credit programs, processes, documents, procedures for borrowing capital at the Social Policy Bank and regulations on the operation of savings and loan groups. Mobilize the establishment and guide the operation of savings and loan groups according to the regulations of the Social Policy Bank; urge the Management Board of savings and loan groups to fully participate in transaction sessions and meetings with the Social Policy Bank; guide members of savings and loan groups to conduct transactions with the Social Policy Bank. Mobilize members to comply with the operating conventions of savings and loan groups, practice saving, help each other, share experiences in using loans for the right purpose and effectively; Make timely repayment of principal and interest; apply technology and digital transformation in the lending process.

As of June 30, the outstanding loan balance of the entrusted associations and organizations in the above 5 communes and wards reached nearly 750 billion VND, the total outstanding loan balance accounted for 99.9%, an increase of more than 123 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year. After the signing conference, the close and synchronous coordination between the VBSP and socio-political organizations is the key factor to continue to effectively promote policy credit capital sources in the locality.
