On the afternoon of July 31, the Social Policy Bank of Khanh Hoa province held a signing ceremony for a loan trust contract for poor households and other policy beneficiaries with socio-political organizations in the wards of Nha Trang, Bac Nha Trang, Nam Nha Trang and Tay Nha Trang.

Representatives of the Provincial Social Policy Bank signed a trust contract with associations and unions of Nam Nha Trang ward.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Social Policy Bank and associations and organizations: Women's Union, Veterans Association and Youth Union of the wards discussed and agreed to sign a policy credit capital entrustment contract with a number of tasks such as: Disseminating the policies of the Party, State and Government on social policy credit to all classes of people, especially the poor and other policy beneficiaries; implementing credit programs and processes, documents and procedures for borrowing at the Social Policy Bank; regulations on the operation of savings and loan groups; inspecting and supervising the operation of savings and loan groups, the Management Board and members of savings and loan groups; coordinating with the Social Policy Bank to organize training for savings and loan groups. At the same time, every year, socio- political organizations advise on developing credit plans and effectively implementing social policy credit; Implement solutions to improve the quality of credit activities, trust activities, savings and loan group activities...

In addition, at the signing ceremony, the Provincial Social Policy Bank provided training on policy credit operations for associations and organizations receiving trust from the wards. Currently, the outstanding trust debt of associations and organizations receiving trust in 4 wards is more than 860 billion VND. The signing ceremony of the trust contract between the Provincial Social Policy Bank and socio-political organizations aims to continue to affirm the close and effective coordination in social policy credit work, especially in the period of implementing the 2-level local government model.
