Launching emulation movement to deploy youth projects and tasks towards the congress

Towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, from the beginning of 2025, the Provincial Youth Union launched a movement to compete in implementing youth projects and tasks towards the congress; implementing the movement, the Youth Union bases actively proposed to the Party Committee and the government to undertake voluntary work for the community, and at the same time mobilized a large number of union members and youth to participate. Thereby, many meaningful projects and tasks for the community have been implemented.

Specifically, from the beginning of 2025 to now, the provincial Youth Union at all levels has implemented over 1,200 youth projects and tasks. Of which, nearly 20,000 new trees were planted; more than 16 km of rural roads were lit; 7,500 gifts, thousands of milk packages, scholarships, and welfare bags were presented to policy families, families in difficult circumstances, and poor students; free medical examination and medicine were provided to over 2,300 people; and 178 youth self-managed routes were undertaken. In particular, union members and youths have supported working days to build over 2,500 new houses and repair over 1,200 houses. At the same time, the union bases also deployed 71 youth volunteer teams with over 3,400 union members and youths to support the operation of the two-level local government model.

Compete to build a strong and comprehensive unit, excellently completing assigned tasks

Implementing the direction of the Party Committee and commanders at all levels, as Party Cell Secretary and Company Political Commissar, I and the unit's Command Board thoroughly disseminated emulation movements to officers and soldiers and concretized them into practical plans and actions.

Specifically, in the past time, the unit has launched and strongly responded to emulation movements and campaigns such as: "Raising the August red flag - Emulating to win 3 first place", "Regiment 123 competes in innovation and digital transformation", "Digital education for the masses" and "Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style". With the spirit of vanguard and responsibility of a cadre and party member, I have been exemplary in all activities, creating a spreading influence throughout the unit. Especially in the movement "Raising the August red flag - Emulating to win 3 first place", I was awarded a certificate of merit by Regiment 123 for my outstanding achievements in implementing the movement.

The emulation movements have brought about positive changes, the training awareness and political mettle of cadres and soldiers have been enhanced; motivating cadres and soldiers to enthusiastically compete to build a strong and comprehensive unit, and excellently complete assigned tasks.

Towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, I will continue to work with the Company Command to promote political and ideological education, encourage cadres and soldiers to further promote creativity, overcome difficulties, and be determined to successfully carry out assigned targets and tasks. Carry out emulation movements well, achieve many achievements to welcome the congress, and contribute to building an increasingly clean and strong Provincial Party Committee.

Compete to complete production and business plans associated with implementing corporate social responsibility

In order to practically compete to achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the 18th Congress of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, from the beginning of 2025, Lang Son Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company has built a plan to launch a peak emulation campaign throughout the company. In particular, the company focuses on spreading the emulation movement to build corporate culture associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; the emulation movement to perform well the production and business tasks of providing high-quality medical services in 2025. At the same time, the company actively responds to the emulation movement "Lang Son and the whole country join hands for the poor - leaving no one behind" in 2025.

As a result, in the first 8 months of 2025, the company's revenue and profit reached 70% of the yearly plan; rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements with 650 million VND, participated in charity support of 162 million VND for communes and wards to eliminate dilapidated houses, distribute free medicine, and support children's protection funds.

In recent times, the movement “Teach well, learn well” has not only stopped at teaching quality but has been closely linked with management innovation, digital transformation application and building a happy school environment. From innovating teaching methods, testing and assessment towards developing students’ qualities and abilities to implementing digital records, electronic transcripts, and applying artificial intelligence in teaching, the education sector has created remarkable changes, encouraging a spirit of competition throughout the sector.

Along with the emulation movement of good teaching and good learning, the education sector also implemented movements such as "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning", "Building friendly schools, active students", "Happy schools", "Green - clean - beautiful - safe". Thereby achieving many important achievements.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the high school graduation rate reached 99.08%; the whole province had 2,365 students winning provincial-level excellent student awards, dozens of students won national awards. Along with that, many scientific research and start-up projects of students were highly appreciated, school sports activities won many medals, contributing to building the image of a friendly, happy, and comprehensively developed school. These are typical achievements towards the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the education sector and welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

Promoting the achieved results, entering the new school year, the industry will continue to promote the movement "Teach well, learn well" associated with management innovation, digital transformation, building happy schools, thereby creating practical and effective emulation motivation, successfully completing educational goals in the new period.

Actively develop the economy to increase income, contributing to local development.

As one of the first people to plant orange trees in Vu Son commune, I always wondered how to make the trees grow well and bring high economic efficiency. In the early days, I researched the internet and specialized books on how to take care of the trees, and at the same time, joined associations and groups, learned from experienced people to gain more knowledge and skills...

Responding to the movement of farmers competing in production and making achievements to welcome the Party Congress at all levels, I have proactively researched, applied science and technology, applied grafting methods, and used organic fertilizers to improve the productivity and quality of oranges. Up to now, my orange garden of over 1,500 trees has yielded harvests. Every year, after deducting expenses, I earn about 200 million VND.

In the coming time, I will continue to actively research and learn ways to care for healthy plants for high productivity; at the same time, proactively share my own experiences with members of the Farmers' Association of Vu Son commune to help people know how to care for plants, bring economic value, contribute to improving life and increasing income.
