Today, October 5, the Department of Planning and Investment organized a Consultation Day on Administrative Procedures (TTHC) in the field of business registration and investment in Vietnam. This activity attracted the attention of businesses in the province.

The Consultation Day on Administrative Procedures in the field of business registration and investment in Vietnam is a new initiative, first implemented in Quang Tri province to continue promoting administrative procedure reform and control in 2024 and the following years.

The festival program aims to support and provide detailed instructions on the implementation process of each administrative procedure according to the needs of each citizen and enterprise, and to answer difficulties and problems of citizens when implementing administrative procedures at the Department of Planning and Investment. At the same time, it records the proposals and comments of citizens and enterprises to increasingly improve and enhance the effectiveness of public administration.

In addition, some detailed information on legal regulations in investment and business, contact information channels of the Department of Planning and Investment and related departments and offices, initiatives in administrative reform on investment and business as well as information, policies and investment and business opportunities in Quang Tri province are made public at the program.

Within the framework of the activities of the Consultation Day on Administrative Procedures in the field of business registration and investment in Vietnam, officers of the Department of Planning and Investment directly supported, received, answered, and resolved difficulties and concerns of enterprises and investors in the implementation of administrative procedures on investment and business in Quang Tri province.

Most of the businesses participating in the festival expressed their wish that the authorities would increase the organization of meaningful activities like this to create favorable conditions to support businesses and investors in resolving administrative procedures more conveniently.
