The vehicle owners and captains in Thanh Hoa who were inspected and fined this time include: Mr. Hoang Van Manh, fishing boat with license plate TH - 91674 - TS, address in Quang Xuong (Thanh Hoa); Le Ngoc Duong, owner of fishing boat with license plate TH-81905-TS, residing in Hai Ninh ward, Nghi Son town (Thanh Hoa); Nguyen Van Hung, owner of fishing boat with license plate TH-91432-TS, residing in Hai Chau ward, Nghi Son town, (Thanh Hoa).

Mr. Tran Chau Thanh - Head of Fisheries Control Department, Department of Fisheries - Fisheries Control, Head of the provincial interdisciplinary working group said: During this inspection, besides some ship owners who knew about the violation and were reminded, they strictly complied, but there were also some fishing boat owners who did not have full documents and when the authorities drew up the penalty records, they did not cooperate with the inspection team, so the team had to propagate and mobilize, which took a lot of time. Besides checking and penalizing ships that violated the "3 nos" for ships of 12 m or more or "2 nos" for ships under 12 m, the team also approached some 4-pole, 2-pole and offshore fishing boats to maintain the VMS journey monitoring signal on fishing boats and reminded them to comply with regulations on fire prevention and fighting on fishing boats./.
