Stop using corporate invoices with 4 real estate projects

On January 22, Mr. Nguyen Van Tiep, Director of the Quang Nam Provincial Tax Department, signed Decision No. 379/QD-CTQNA on enforcing the implementation of administrative decisions on tax management by suspending the use of invoices for Dien Ban Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

This enforcement is to enforce the Tax Debt Notice No. 387/TB-CTQNA-KDT dated January 9 of the Quang Nam Provincial Tax Department.

The reason for enforcement is that the taxpayer has tax arrears more than 90 days from the deadline for payment as prescribed. The amount of enforcement is more than 35.2 billion VND.

This company is not allowed to use electronic invoices since January 11. If it uses electronic invoices from the date the enforcement decision takes effect, it will be considered illegal use of invoices.

Dien Ban Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is one of the enterprises that owns many projects in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area. This enterprise is the investor of 4 projects: Ngoc Duong CoCo Urban Area (5.03ha); Vien Minh - Ha Dua Urban Area (5.18ha); Vien Trung Urban Area (3.37ha); Dong Duong Urban Area (about 19ha).

Dien Ban Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company was established in 2014, headquartered in Dien Ngoc ward (Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province). Its main business line is construction of other civil engineering works.
