Temporarily suspending the exit of 3 business owners who have not fulfilled their tax obligations

The local tax authorities of 5 Dak Lak provinces have just issued notices to the Immigration Department (Ministry of Public Security) regarding the temporary suspension of exit for 3 representatives who are business owners in Ea Drang commune, due to not completing their tax payment obligations.

Accordingly, Ms. Phan Thi Bich Hang (born in 1973, residing in residential group 5, Dien Hong ward, Gia Lai province) - representative of Phan Thi Bich Hang Business Household; Ms. Pham Thi Que (born in 1957, residing in Lai Nghi village, Tay Son commune, Gia Lai province) - representative of Hong Gia Lai Business Household; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan (born in 1990, residing in residential group 4, Ea Drang commune) - representative of Nguyen Thanh Luan Business Household, are all cases of abandoning the registered business address but have not yet fulfilled tax obligations.

The temporary suspension of exit from the country applies from September 11, 2025 until the above-mentioned business households fully fulfill their tax payment obligations to the state budget.
