Posthumously awarded Certificate of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee to former Chairman of Dray Bhang Commune People's Committee Le Phuoc Toan

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao My has just signed and issued Decision No. 01709/QD-UBND on posthumously awarding a Certificate of Merit to Mr. Le Phuoc Toan, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune, for his outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

The posthumous award of the Provincial People's Committee's Certificate of Merit to comrade Le Phuoc Toan is a worthy recognition of his persistent contributions to the development of Dray Bhang commune in particular and Dak Lak province in general, and at the same time a source of encouragement for local officials, civil servants and people to continue to strive and compete to excellently complete their tasks in the coming period.

Mr. Le Phuoc Toan, former Chairman of Dray Bhang Commune People's Committee, directly supervised the settlement of administrative procedures for the people.

Previously, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province sent a document to the Ministry of Home Affairs to submit a dossier, request recognition as a martyr and grant a Certificate of National Merit to comrade Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune.

Comrade Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang Commune, while working with the working group of Dray Bhang Commune to directly direct and deploy rescue, relief and disaster relief work in the flooded area (on National Highway 27 through Dray Bhang Commune), was hit by a car moving from Lien Son Lak Commune to Buon Ma Thuot Ward. Although he was taken to the emergency room in time, due to severe injuries, Comrade Le Phuoc Toan died at 22:09 on the same day at the Central Highlands General Hospital.

The sacrifice of comrade Le Phuoc Toan not only left an inconsolable grief in the hearts of colleagues and people, but also engraved the noble image of a dedicated and responsible cadre, always for the safety and interests of the people.
