The Provincial People's Committee posthumously awarded a Certificate of Commendation to former Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhăng Commune, Lê Phước Toàn.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dao My District recently signed Decision No. 01709/QD-UBND posthumously awarding a Certificate of Commendation to Mr. Le Phuoc Toan, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang Commune, for his outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement during the period 2020-2025.

The posthumous awarding of the Certificate of Commendation by the Provincial People's Committee to Comrade Le Phuoc Toan is a well-deserved recognition of his sustained contributions to the development of Dray Bhang commune in particular and Dak Lak province in general, and also serves as an encouragement for local officials, civil servants, and people to continue striving and competing to excellently fulfill their duties in the coming period.

Mr. Le Phuoc Toan, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune, directly supervises the handling of administrative procedures for the people.

Previously, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province sent a document to the Ministry of Interior requesting the recognition of Comrade Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune, as a martyr and the awarding of the Certificate of National Recognition.

Comrade Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune, while directly supervising and implementing rescue and relief work in the flooded area (on National Highway 27 section passing through Dray Bhang commune) with a working group from Dray Bhang commune, was hit by a car traveling from Lien Son Lak commune towards Buon Ma Thuot ward. Although he was promptly taken to the hospital, due to severe injuries, Comrade Le Phuoc Toan passed away at 10:09 PM on the same day at the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital.

The sacrifice of Comrade Le Phuoc Toan not only leaves behind immeasurable sorrow in the hearts of his colleagues and the people, but also engraves the noble image of a dedicated and responsible official who always prioritized the safety and interests of the people.
