Accordingly, Ea Riêng commune organized awareness campaigns about overseas employment at village cultural centers and integrated them into community meetings. Zalo groups for villages, women's associations, and youth unions were established to regularly update information on the labor market, costs, job opportunities, and loan policies.

A new and effective approach is the model of officials "knocking on every door," especially in villages inhabited by ethnic minorities. Instead of waiting for people to come to them, commune and village officials proactively visit households to provide advice, answer questions, and help people understand the labor export policy correctly and clearly, thereby building trust and reassurance when participating.
Social organizations such as the Youth Union, Women's Union, and Farmers' Association also actively participated. Many association officials became "bridges" between businesses and people, assisting in assessing labor needs and encouraging families with young people of eligible age to register for participation. The close coordination between these organizations helped to spread awareness widely and create consensus within the community.
Mr. Hoa Quang Binh, Head of the Culture Department of Ea Rieng commune, said that the locality pays special attention to selecting cooperating businesses. Mr. Binh stated: “The commune only cooperates with licensed and reputable businesses to ensure the rights and safety of workers. In addition, the commune collaborates with the Provincial Employment Service Center to organize career counseling, disseminate legal information, support loan applications, and recruit technical trainees to work in Japan and South Korea.”

Alongside expanding opportunities, local authorities are paying special attention to warning against and preventing fraud in the field of labor export. People are advised to only process applications with agencies recommended by the commune People's Committee and to absolutely not pay money without a legally valid contract.
Thanks to the aforementioned solutions, from 2020 to the present, Ea Riêng commune has had nearly 100 workers go abroad to countries and territories such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Russia, etc., most of whom have stable jobs and high incomes.
A typical example is Nguyen Thi Tinh (residing in Hamlet 11), whose family is in difficult circumstances. After graduating from high school, she struggled to find work but had an unstable income. In 2019, when Ea Rieng commune implemented a program to send workers abroad under contract, with advice from commune and hamlet officials and assistance in obtaining preferential loans, Ms. Tinh went to Japan to work in the food processing industry, earning approximately 35 million VND per month.
After working for 5 years, Ms. Tinh has accumulated a considerable amount of capital and is currently learning cosmetic tattooing to open her own salon in the local area.
