The section of road along the Tien Hung canal, from Provincial Road 455 through Minh Duc village, Bac Tien Hung commune to Than Khe commune, is only 3.5 meters wide, in poor condition, and has a high volume of people and vehicles passing through, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.
Officials from Minh Duc commune and village are campaigning and mobilizing the people to donate land for road construction.
When the road expansion project was announced, 12 households in Minh Duc village voluntarily donated over 520 m² of residential land and land for perennial crops. Many households even dismantled their boundary walls and gates, and relocated thousands of trees to hand over the land for the project without requesting any compensation.

After receiving the cleared site, the construction unit promptly implemented the construction of the project, ensuring progress, technical and aesthetic standards, meeting the requirements of a Class IV road in the plains, with a road surface width of 7 m and a road base width of 9 m, striving to complete it before December 30, 2025.
