Thai Nguyen: Budget revenue of more than 15,300 billion VND in 7 months

According to the report of the Department of Finance, by the end of July 2025, the total state budget revenue in Thai Nguyen province reached 15,354.7 billion VND, equal to 66.3% of the Government's assigned estimate and 62.1% of the Provincial People's Council's assigned estimate.

Tax officials propagate and instruct business households with revenue of over 1 billion VND to be required to apply electronic invoices generated from cash registers with data connection to the Tax authority.

Of which, domestic revenue reached 13,373.1 billion VND, equal to 65.5% of the Government's estimate. Some revenue items reached and exceeded the plan such as: Land use right fee revenue reached 4,594 billion VND (109.4%), other budget revenue reached 1,147 billion VND (129.6%), revenue from public land fund and other public property benefits at the commune reached 17.7 billion VND (294.8%).

Revenue from import-export activities is estimated at 1,720.2 billion VND, equal to 62.7% of the estimate; aid, mobilization and contributions reached 261.4 billion VND, more than 7 times higher than the assigned plan.

However, many revenues are still lower than the progress, notably: Revenue from foreign-invested enterprises reached 2,302 billion VND (32.7%), land and water surface rental revenue reached 621.3 billion VND (34.2%), environmental protection tax reached 264.2 billion VND (32.2%).

To complete the 2025 budget collection task, the Tax sector will continue to promote anti-revenue loss, strengthen tax debt management, exploit land revenue sources well, and closely coordinate with departments, branches and localities in state budget collection work...
