With the theme "Transparent Information - Responsible Consumption", in 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade advised the Provincial People's Committee to organize the Launching Ceremony of Vietnam Consumer Rights Day (March 15) with many meaningful activities such as: Running, online competitions to learn about legal regulations, knowledge about Vietnam Consumer Rights Day...
At the same time, many activities are deployed to support the guarantee of basic consumer rights, especially the right to access information in a transparent and safe manner; focusing on peak business and consumption periods such as: New Year, Lunar New Year, shopping seasons or peak shopping days in the market.

The Provincial Consumer Protection Association has expanded its network of activities to communes and wards. The Association maintains a permanent office to receive information, complaints, and timely mediation, and is trusted and highly appreciated by consumers.
In addition, the Association closely coordinates with state agencies to strengthen market monitoring and inspection activities, promote propaganda, dissemination, reception and settlement of complaints and requests from consumers, and resolutely and strictly handle acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
In 2025, consumer rights protection has undergone many changes in response to market developments. Agencies, organizations, and business communities have provided accurate, complete, and timely information so that consumers can make correct and safe decisions when choosing and using goods and services.
