Also at the Conference, representatives of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade), the Department of Digital Economy and Digital Society (Ministry of Science and Technology), the Department of Science and Technology of Thai Nguyen province and digital technology enterprises and banks participating in the program signed a 4-party cooperation agreement to pilot the support for business households in digital transformation in Thai Nguyen province.

Speaking at the Conference, Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan expressed his belief that the implementation of support for digital transformation of business households in the province will achieve high results. He requested digital technology enterprises and banks to have incentive programs and maximum support for Thai Nguyen province and business households in Thai Nguyen province to apply digital transformation software and solutions to production and business activities effectively.
Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan assessed that supporting business households in digital transformation is a resource and a stepping stone for the province to develop private enterprises with the goal of having 30 enterprises per 1,000 people by 2030.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Science and Technology to coordinate with localities and digital technology solution providers to support businesses in deploying software and digital applications in production and business activities. He expressed his hope that digital technology and telecommunications solution providers would join in coordinating the deployment of software and digital transformation solutions.
According to the plan, from now until June 2026, Thai Nguyen province will survey and evaluate the level of digital transformation of nearly 20,000 business households; organize more than 180 seminars and digital skills training courses; and honor typical models.

On this occasion, technology enterprises such as VNPT, Viettel, MISA, Bkav, Sapo... committed to providing a free 6-month sales management software package, 5,000 free electronic invoices and support for the use of digital signatures for business households in Thai Nguyen province.
The pilot implementation is expected to create a boost to promote widespread digital transformation in the province's wholesale and retail sectors; thereby forming a model to be replicated nationwide in the next phase.
