In a solemn atmosphere, delegates expressed gratitude for the contributions of previous generations and affirmed their determination to continue the tradition of patriotism and the pioneering spirit of Thai Nguyen youth.
In recent years, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of Thai Nguyen province has recorded many innovations, creating an impression in studying, creative work, and building new rural areas. The Youth Union members have promptly participated in supporting people in localities affected by natural disasters, contributing to the early stabilization of life. Along with the process of implementing the two-level government model, the Youth Union organizations at all levels have been strengthened, ensuring stable and effective operations.
On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union inaugurated the youth project to digitize the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs and Doi Can Temple in Phan Dinh Phung Ward, a project to welcome the 1st Provincial Youth Union Congress and the 1st Provincial Youth Union Congress. The project demonstrates the creative and pioneering spirit in digital transformation of the youth, contributing to spreading historical and cultural values in a modern way.

On the afternoon of November 27, the Congress entered its first working session. Delegates listened to a summary of the Political Report and the Review Report of the previous Executive Committee and discussed in three thematic groups, contributing ideas to the documents of the 1st Provincial Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the documents of the 13th National Congress of the Youth Union.

The discussion focused on propaganda and education work; participating in Party and political system building; implementing revolutionary action movements; programs to accompany youth; and caring for and educating teenagers and children.
The first working session took place in a spirit of solidarity, democracy and responsibility, creating a foundation for the Congress to complete the contents of the official session on November 28.
