Fully aware of the policy of the Party, State and local authorities on eliminating cults and illegal organizations, as the Party Cell Secretary and a prestigious person, Mr. Duong Van Hau was determined to lead households away from the "lost" path. However, the process of propaganda and mobilization encountered many difficulties, because the leaders and key members often gave instructions on how to deal with the propaganda team, especially Mr. Hau himself, who lived in the village. Every time Mr. Hau and the working group came to his house to propagate, the subjects often tried to prevent them from entering the house, used insulting and offensive words, even called a large crowd to question and put pressure.
“I am not afraid of pressure, I have to persevere until the end. If I cannot persuade them for a day, I will persist for a week, sometimes even a few months, explaining and clarifying the nature of the illegal organization. At the same time, I will guide people who have a need for belief and religion to join religious organizations recognized by the State. Thanks to that, 10 households with nearly 30 members have abandoned the illegal organization and switched to activities at a recognized Protestant group,” Mr. Duong Van Hau shared.

Some households in the village have also started to learn from Mr. Huan's family to renovate their houses, gardens, and alleys to do community tourism.
