On July 30, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung issued a document on the implementation of a number of free utilities to serve organizations and individuals performing administrative procedures at branches and Public Administration Service points in the city.
Specifically, from August 1, people and businesses when carrying out administrative procedures at branches and Public Administration Service points in Hanoi will enjoy a series of free utilities.
Free utilities include:
High speed wifi: The high-speed wifi system covers the entire service area, supporting people to perform online services, transmit information, and download forms. The Wifi Portal also has a homepage that integrates communication about the City People's Committee, research on public services, feedback and recommendations, and satisfaction surveys.
Copying and printing documents: This is to support people in printing and photocopying documents, saving time and travel costs.
File folder, stapler, pen.
Forms, declarations and support for residential declarations: Provide ready-made forms, declarations (electronic and paper) and declaration support personnel to speed up the completion of documents.
Support for online procedures: Arranging human resources and computers to help the elderly and disadvantaged access online public services, increase the rate of online application and complete community digital transformation.
Solution Consulting: Providing information, guidance and free solution advice to organizations and individuals, helping to reduce document errors and improve procedure handling efficiency.
Support for installing VNeID and iHanoi applications and login accounts : Human resources will support registrants, use online service applications and monitor the processing flow diagram.
Create personal digital signature: Cooperate with telecommunications carriers to provide free, electronic document character support, reduce paper copies and increase the safety rate of online records.
Automatic notification of application status and results via Zalo/SMS/Email: Help people and businesses remotely look up application status and receive notifications about application status.
Digital library, green space: Arrange books, documents, reports, computers in the waiting area with trees, creating a civilized, modern, and friendly space.
Free mobile device charging: Provide power sources and charging cables of all kinds to serve the essential needs of people when processing electronic procedures.
Equipment to support the elderly, the disadvantaged, and the disabled: Including text readers, electronic boards supporting sign language, and navigation devices for the visually impaired.
Basic medical equipment (blood pressure monitor, first aid kit): Arrange in the waiting area to meet basic medical needs, especially for the elderly.
Drinks, snacks: Arrange hot/cold water dispenser, essential oil snacks, and disposable powder in the waiting area, showing attentive care and creating a friendly environment.
Receptionist Robot: Helps guide procedures, look up information, indicate locations, reduce pressure on staff and enhance modern image.
To ensure effective development of declaration, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the City Public Administration Service Center to proactively balance the allocated budget for 2025. In case of imbalance, the Center shall report to the Department of Finance to propose to the City People's Committee to supplement and adjust accordingly.
The People's Committees of communes and wards are also required to base on the actual situation to arrange implementation experience. The Department of Finance will be responsible for guiding units to arrange funds and use the budget in accordance with legal regulations.
