From early afternoon, the atmosphere in the city center became lively and bustling, people gathered along both sides of Le Duan Street, from the Zoo and Botanical Garden area to the front of the Reunification Hall, many people carried national flags, banners and red shirts with yellow stars. Families, groups of young people, the elderly, and foreign tourists were all excitedly waiting for the moment the rehearsal began.

Authorities have been directing traffic early to ensure safety and convenience for people watching. Many roads around the event area such as Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Pasteur, Hai Ba Trung, Pham Ngoc Thach, Dong Khoi, etc. have temporarily restricted traffic. However, the flow of people is still increasing, creating a colorful scene and heroic atmosphere right before the important national holiday.
