Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism establishes Advisory Council to evaluate G1 online games

Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish an Advisory Council for the assessment of online G1 electronic games, including the following persons:

Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Chairman of the Council;

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, Deputy Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Vice Chairman of the Council;

Ms. Le Thu Ha, Head of Electronic Information Department, Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Vice Chairman of the Council;

Mr. Mai Nghiem Long, Head of Postal, Telecommunications and Information Technology Security Department, Department of Internal Political Security - Ministry of Public Security - Member;

Mr. Vu Minh Phuong, Chief of Office of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Member;

Mr. Nguyen Huu Ngoc, Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Member;

Ms. Nguyen Hong Nguyet, Chief Specialist of the Department of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Member;

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Son, Specialist of Electronic Information Department, Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Secretary of the Council;

The G1 online game appraisal advisory board has a working group. The Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information shall issue a Decision to establish a working group.

The G1 Online Game Appraisal Advisory Council is responsible for providing advice during the appraisal process of G1 online games in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 147/2024/ND-CP dated November 9, 2024 of the Government on management, provision and use of Internet services and online information and other special cases as required by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, ensuring strict and objective appraisal consultancy work. The Council operates according to the Regulations issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Chairman of the G1 Online Game Appraisal Advisory Council is responsible for inviting additional experts to join the Council in case it is deemed necessary for the G1 online game to have additional opinions in the appropriate field for appraisal consultation to ensure strictness, objectivity and comprehensiveness.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 11/QD-BTTTT dated January 6, 2023 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the establishment of the Online Electronic Game Appraisal Advisory Council.

According to the method of providing and using online electronic game services classified by characters G1, G2, G3 and G4, G1 is an electronic game with interaction between many players at the same time through the game server system of the enterprise.
