Urgently complete appraisal and recognition records for new rural titles

Accordingly, regarding the New Rural Development Program, the Department has instructed the District People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to hand over records of recognition of villages meeting new rural village standards and model new rural villages to the People's Committees of communes with recognized villages for management and record keeping.

Departments, branches and localities continue to pay attention to directing the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development according to Plan No. 73/KH-UBND dated December 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee. For localities that have completed the criteria and indicators for new rural development, it is necessary to urgently complete the supporting documents to organize the examination, appraisal and submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for recognition before May 31.

Regarding the pilot model of Phuc Hoa e-commerce commune, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requested the People's Committee of Tan Yen district to direct and urge Phuc Hoa commune to promptly complete the approved contents; report on the assessment of implementation results to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and branches before June 30.

Regarding the OCOP Program, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities must speed up the progress of completing the assessment, classification and issuing decisions to recognize 3-star OCOP products; at the same time, request the Provincial People's Committee to evaluate and recognize 4-star products before June 20, not to let the backlog of files uploaded to the assessment and classification software not be processed; prepare and arrange files, especially files of 3-star OCOP products that are still valid and evaluated and recognized by the District People's Committees to hand over to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before June 20.

It is known that this year, the whole province has set a target of having 2 more communes meeting the new rural standards, 6 communes meeting the advanced new rural standards and 3 communes meeting the model new rural standards. At the same time, striving to have 40 more OCOP products achieving 3 stars or more.
