Journalist Quynh Huong, the artist's granddaughter, said that her grandmother passed away at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Hospital at approximately 3:10 AM this morning (May 24th). "In her final days, she lived happily and was free from illness. When she became too weak, the family took her to the hospital for better care, but birth, aging, sickness, and death are unavoidable laws of nature," said Quynh Huong.
