The working session was organized according to the Plan issued with Decision No. 755/QD-TTg dated April 13, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the Project to arrange the inspection agency system to be streamlined, strong, efficient, effective and efficient.
Speaking at the working session, Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong said that, closely following the leadership and direction of superiors, implementing the direction of the Government Inspector General, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the functional units of the Government Inspectorate and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism have coordinated to well implement the handover of functions and tasks of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to regulations.
Accordingly, the Government Inspectorate receives existing civil servants; receives the administrative inspection plan program according to the 2025 Inspection Plan approved by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism up to now; receives financial issues, assets and equipment related to the staff and civil servants of the Ministry Inspectorate transferred to the Government Inspectorate.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy said that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism had met and reached an agreement based on the wishes of each civil servant and sent the list to the Government Inspectorate.
Regarding the issue of assets and finance, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will coordinate with the Office to review and implement. Regarding the inspections and examinations that are being conducted, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy requested the Inspectorate of the Ministry to complete them before handing them over to the Government Inspectorate.
The Deputy Minister requested that work contents such as social insurance closing, salary and asset payment stoppage must be completed within the deadline of the Government Inspectorate; the decision to stop inspections must be made by the Government Inspectorate, and the Government Inspectorate must have a specific document guiding the transition from inspection to examination for the Ministry to implement.
On behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy thanked the Government Inspectorate for its attention, direction and support in helping the Ministry Inspectorate complete its tasks well and hoped that the Government Inspectorate would continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for civil servants transferred from the Ministry to the Government Inspectorate.
Concluding the working session, Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong agreed and highly agreed with the opinions of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy.
The Deputy Inspector General emphasized that the Government Inspectorate will create maximum conditions and pay attention to cases of cadres transferred to the Government Inspectorate, especially the regime and policies for cadres.
Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong directed relevant units to complete records and documents to complete the handover before May 31. Regarding personnel work, the handover must be completed before May 15. For ongoing administrative inspections, they must be completed before May 31.
At the ceremony, the two agencies signed the minutes of handover and receipt of staff, inspection plan and related assets and equipment.
