Mr. Truong Van Son - Chief Inspector of the Department of Construction said that this is the third propaganda campaign of the year to update new regulations, especially the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024 and the Road Law 2024, which will take effect from January 1, 2025.
The conference also spent time answering questions from businesses, transport establishments and drivers, contributing to raising awareness and compliance with the law, ensuring order and traffic safety in the area.
At the conference, the reporter from the Department of Transport and Port Management (Department of Construction) introduced the key contents of Decree No. 158 dated December 18, 2024 of the Government on road transport activities; Circular No. 36 dated November 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction ) regulating the organization and management of passenger and cargo transport activities by car and the operation of bus stations, parking lots, rest stops, bus stops...
The conference also introduced a proactive public administration model, instructions on vehicle inspection and how to fill out forms for transportation work.
