In the most important night of the competition, the contestants went through rounds including: traditional Vietnamese dress (áo dài) presentation, bikini presentation, and evening gown presentation to find the top 5 who would advance to the Q&A round. The five finalists were: Phùng Thị Thanh Hằng, Nguyễn Thị Bích Diệp, Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Linh, Nguyễn Tường Vy, and Nguyễn Trần Phương Thảo.
Overcoming strong competitors, Nguyen Thi My Linh ( from Thanh Hoa ) excellently won the top prize at the competition, becoming the successor to Miss Dinh Nhu Phuong. In addition to the Miss title, My Linh also received the special award for "Contestant with the most beautiful face".
Meanwhile, the title of First Runner-up was awarded to Phung Thi Thanh Hang ( Vinh Phuc ), and the title of Second Runner-up was awarded to Nguyen Tuong Vy (Hanoi).

Nguyen Thi My Linh, born in 2005, impressed with her striking beauty. From the beginning of the competition, the girl from Thanh Hoa was highly regarded for possessing many qualities, including appearance, performance skills, and education.
She is 1.7m tall and has measurements of 80-65-96. My Linh is a student in the Tourism Faculty of the University of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Thanh Hoa province. Before winning the top title at Miss Vietnam Sea and Islands 2025, the 20-year-old girl had previously won the title of First Runner-up in the Elegant Student Contest at her university in 2024.
In the Q&A round, when asked, "How do you feel about the beauty of Vietnam's islands and seas?", the beauty queen gave a confident answer, receiving enthusiastic support from the audience.
She shared: “For me, the islands of my homeland are where the sky meets the water, where the nation stretches out to the vast ocean. The blue sea, white sand, and golden sunshine create a romantic natural landscape, attracting domestic and international tourists and bringing in significant income.”

According to Nguyen Thi My Linh, the beauty of the islands also has a healing quality and provides abundant mineral resources. The beauty queen also emphasized that Hoang Sa and Truong Sa are a sacred part of Vietnam.
“After participating in the Miss Vietnam Sea and Islands 2025 pageant, I want to use my voice and actions to spread love for the sea and islands and to preserve and protect the marine environment. In Thanh Hoa, I want to establish a club of young people to work together to carry out a campaign to protect Sam Son beach,” the 20-year-old beauty shared.
Speaking about her plans after winning the crown, Nguyen Thi My Linh said she will try to balance her studies and fulfill her role as Miss Vietnam Sea and Islands 2025.
She expressed: "I want to become an intellectual beauty queen, involved in community projects, especially those related to the sea and islands. If there are scheduling conflicts with my studies, I think, with my eagerness to learn, I will choose to study online or ask teachers and friends for extra guidance."
In addition to the titles of Miss and First Runner-up, the competition organizers also awarded special prizes to the contestants: Nguyen Thi Bich Diep - Nguyen Huyen Linh (Most Talented Beauty), Phung Thi Thanh Hang (Miss Beach), Nguyen Thi My Linh (Contestant with the Most Beautiful Face), Pham Thi Kim Oanh (Miss Ao Dai), Nguyen Van Anh (Contestant with the Most Beautiful Skin), Nguyen Tran Phuong Thao (Contestant with the Most Beautiful Evening Gown), Ho Thi Linh Sa (Contestant with the Most Beautiful Hair), Bui Phuong Linh (Miss Compassionate), Nguyen Thi Ngoc Han (Miss Photogenic), Luu Phuong Anh (Miss Media), Nguyen Tuong Vy (Miss Tourism), Huynh Nhu Y (Best Presentation on the Sea and Islands)...
The judging panel for this year's Miss Vietnam Islands and Seas Contest includes many well-known figures such as: People's Artist Lan Huong (Head of the Judging Panel), historian Duong Trung Quoc, Dr. Nguyen Cong Dung, journalist Ngo Ba Luc, Miss Dinh Nhu Phuong, Dr. Phan Thi Anh Thu… People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien serves as the Head of the Advisory Board.
