An Phu Trung mobilizes to build and donate 11 charity houses to poor households.

In coordination with other sectors and organizations, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune effectively implements the motto "No one is left behind" and actively mobilizes support sources to take care of policy families, poor households, and disadvantaged households. The commune assigns specific tasks to each member in propaganda and mobilization work and closely monitors and urges implementation to achieve the highest results."

An Phu Trung is a commune in sub-region 5 of Ba Tri district. The commune meets the model new rural standards and was recognized by the district People's Committee in October 2024. Along with the work of improving the quality of the model new rural commune criteria, social security activities have always received attention from local Party committees and authorities and achieved many positive results.

In the first 6 months of 2025, An Phu Trung has strongly mobilized benefactors inside and outside the commune, and support sources to contribute to organize visits and give away over 1,600 gifts, notebooks and bicycles to students, and cash to policy families, poor households, and disadvantaged households in the area. The total support value is over 750 million VND.

Responding to the policy of "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025", in February 2025, the Fatherland Front of An Phu Trung commune developed a plan and implemented it. Propaganda and mobilization work was well coordinated among cadres, party members, association members, union members, philanthropists, businesses and people. Following the motto "No one is left behind", the commune mobilized the construction and donation of 11 charity houses worth 630 million VND (exceeding the Resolution target of 8 houses, reaching 366.67%).

In addition to implementing social security work well, An Phu Trung has mobilized the construction and repair of bridges and rural roads worth over 230 million VND; in which local people have enthusiastically donated land, crops (worth tens of millions of VND) and dozens of working days to complete the project soon.

“In mobilizing social security activities and rural traffic construction, An Phu Trung has well implemented the democratic regulations and the motto “People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit”. All construction works are public, transparent and clear to the people.
