Handing over the Great Unity house is part of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025 in the province to households in Thanh Phuoc commune, Binh Dai district.
Accordingly, there are a total of 358 cases (TH) adjusted and supplemented; of which, 66 TH adjusted information (name, address, subject, needs), 223 TH removed names from the list, 69 new TH added, including: Households of meritorious people adjusted information of 5 TH, removed names of 24 TH, added 15 TH.
After adjustment, there are 295 households left (10 households less); of which, 74 new households were built (12 households less) and 221 households were repaired (2 households more), with a support cost of 11.07 billion VND (0.66 billion VND less).
Poor households adjusted information of 10 cases, removed names of 70 cases, and added 12 cases. After adjustment, there were 406 households left (60 households reduced); of which, 278 new households were built (44 households reduced) and 128 households were repaired (16 households reduced), with support costs of 20.52 billion VND (3.12 billion VND reduced).
Near-poor households adjusted information of 28 cases, removed names of 68 cases, and added 25 cases. After adjustment, there were 718 households left (52 households reduced); of which, 550 new households were built (39 households reduced) and 168 households were repaired (13 households reduced), with support costs of 38.04 billion VND (2.73 billion VND reduced).
23 households in difficulty adjusted information, 61 households were removed, and 17 households were added. After adjustment, there were 528 households left (32 households decreased); of which, 455 new households were built (10 households decreased) and 73 households were repaired (22 households decreased), with a support cost of 29.49 billion VND (1.26 billion VND decreased).
The list of support needs for XNT and NDN in 2025 in the province compared to Decision No. 781/QD-UBND is adjusted as follows: The total number of households in need of support for construction and repair for meritorious people, poor households, near-poor households and households in difficult circumstances in the province in 2025 (after adjustment) is 1,947 households (compared to 2,101 households, a decrease of 154 households); of which, 1,357 new households will be built (compared to 1,462 households, a decrease of 105 households) and 590 households will be repaired (compared to 639 households, a decrease of 49 households), with a support budget of 99.12 billion VND (compared to 106.89 billion VND, a decrease of 7.77 billion VND).
According to Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Be Muoi, the approval results after reviewing, adjusting and supplementing housing support needs are the basis for localities to implement policies to support new construction and repair of houses in 2025 in the province. The Department of Construction issued a (consolidated) list of support needs for XNT and NDN in 2025 in the province, in order to facilitate localities to implement.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the People's Committees of districts, cities and related units to advise the Steering Committee for the implementation of the XNT and NDN province to allocate, transfer and recover funding sources to support the construction of new houses and repair of houses for households in accordance with regulations.
Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities are responsible for the results of reviewing and assessing the list of households eligible for support; periodically and suddenly reporting the progress of implementation to the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations. Regularly urge, inspect and supervise communes, wards and towns to ensure that the support is accurate, fair and transparent, without loss or negativity.
