Of which, capital mobilized from the population and private sector is nearly 51 trillion VND, accounting for 95.56% of the total capital. This is the capital source calling for investment in areas such as: physical training - sports, healthcare, accommodation facilities, cultural and tourism service facilities, education, construction of production and business facilities... Thanks to that, the rural infrastructure system of Xuan Loc district has developed strongly, gradually meeting the requirements of new rural construction, contributing significantly to socio-economic development, significantly changing the appearance of the locality.
