Accordingly, the Center for Real Estate Services announced the suspension of the first auction of the exploitation rights of two mineral mines in Hue City in 2025 according to Auction Regulation No. 837/QC-DGTS dated April 28, 2025 of the Center for Real Estate Services of Hue City.
Reserve records and lists of auction participants eligible to participate in the auction according to Official Dispatch No. 2195/SNNMT-TN dated May 27 of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DARD) on the results of reviewing the conditions of the dossiers to participate in the first round of mineral exploitation rights auction in 2025.
In addition, this center also announced the deposit amount, customers who need to get their deposit back should contact the Hue City Asset Valuation Service Center or provide the customer's account number for the center to refund. The time to reorganize the auction, the Hue City Asset Valuation Service Center will notify customers after receiving written comments from the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Previously, on June 4, the Department of Agriculture and Environment sent a document to the Hue City Property Evaluation Service Center regarding the suspension of the auction of two mineral mines. The content of the document clearly stated that, based on the property auction contract No. 108/2025/HDDVĐGTS dated April 28, 2025 between the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Hue City Property Evaluation Service Center regarding the auction of the right to exploit two mineral mines in Hue City, phase 1, 2025. Accordingly, the auction was held at 8:30 a.m. on June 6 at the Hue City Property Evaluation Service Center (No. 17 Nguyen Van Linh, An Hoa Ward, Phu Xuan District).
However, the Department of Agriculture and Environment received information from the competent authority that some organizations registered to participate in the above auction had signs of violating the provisions in Sections d2 and d3, Point g, Clause 5, Article 1 of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction dated June 27, 2024.
Therefore, in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of law, protect the rights and legitimate interests of the property owners and auction participants, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requests the Hue City Property Valuation Service Center to temporarily suspend the auction of the exploitation rights of two mineral mines in the area held on June 6 to conduct an investigation and verification of related information.
Previously, on April 28, the Hue City Asset Evaluation Service Center coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize the first auction of the exploitation rights of 2 mineral mines in Hue City in 2025. Accordingly, 2 mineral mine areas for common construction materials (no exploration results yet), including a soil mine for filling materials in Duong Hoa commune, Huong Thuy town and a stone mine for common construction materials in Bac Khe Ly area, Long Ho ward, Phu Xuan district.
