This year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign holds special significance for the youth of the entire city, as it is the first campaign by the youth of Hue City after officially becoming the 6th centrally-governed city of Vietnam.

Building on the success of previous summer volunteer campaigns, the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign will continue to be implemented targeting various youth groups with a "Supporting Students During Exams" program and four campaigns: the "Green Summer" volunteer campaign, the "Red Phoenix Flower" volunteer campaign, the "Pink Holiday" volunteer campaign, and the "Green March" volunteer campaign.

The peak period for this initiative is from June to August, guided by the motto "Hue City Youth - Not afraid to take on new and challenging tasks to train, contribute, and grow." Simultaneously, 12 key targets are being implemented with a focus on four clear principles: "Clear tasks, clear responsibilities, clear timelines, and clear results."

As part of the launching ceremony, the City Youth Union presented symbolic plaques representing support for projects and activities totaling nearly 150 million VND, including: eliminating temporary housing for disadvantaged families; donating 30 bicycles and 14 scholarships to underprivileged students; and supporting youth tree planting projects…
