Tan Mai Group Corporation and 4 enterprises in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park committed to hand over 17 hectares of land before July 31.

The interdisciplinary inspection team of the Provincial People's Committee worked with Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company.

During the meeting, all 5 enterprises signed a commitment to relocate and hand over the land to the State before July 31, 2025; ready to coordinate with the Counting Working Group, support land recovery to self-demolish the buildings.

The commitment minutes of Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company show that: The Company will proactively implement the dismantling of construction works, relocation of machinery and equipment, relocation of offices and liquidation of warehouse lease contracts before July 31, 2025.

For the office block, the company has moved 50% to the new location, the rest will be moved before July 15, 2025.

Regarding machinery and equipment, the company has stopped production, all machinery and equipment have been dismantled and are ready to be relocated from June 10 to July 25, 2025.

For warehouse and yard lease contracts, the company has notified the lessees to relocate and liquidate the contract to return the premises before July 15, 2025.

According to the company, the warehouses and structures built on the land have been counted by the provincial inventory team and have been recorded. Therefore, to ensure the progress of relocation and handover of land to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center within the prescribed time, the company recommends that the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, and the Bien Hoa City People's Committee allow the company to immediately carry out the dismantling of the structures attached to the land to ensure the completion of the relocation before July 31, 2025.

Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company is one of 68 enterprises leasing land in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, with a leased area of 17 hectares (including 3 plots of land), located on the main road frontage right at the foot of An Hao bridge, the gateway to the new political - administrative center of the province.
