Implementing the direction of Deputy Minister Phan Thi Thang in the submission dated April 29, 2025, on May 12, 2025, the Department of Planning, Finance and Enterprise Management submitted a Submission to the Minister on requesting the policy of applying the simplified procedures for the draft Circular regulating the decentralization of authority for financial management; public assets; procurement of goods; services, management of information technology application activities and public investment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade . Pursuant to Circular No. 21/2025/TT-BCT dated April 26 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the development, promulgation and organization of implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; based on the plan for developing the Circular, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department of Planning, Finance and Enterprise Management) organized to collect opinions from administrative agencies and public industrial service units under the Ministry.
