The award is open to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over in two categories: Photo and Video . Entries must introduce and promote the image of the country, Vietnamese people, cultural and natural values throughout the country; arouse national pride and aspirations for development in all classes of Vietnamese people to join hands in building an increasingly prosperous, prosperous and happy Vietnam. Reflect realistically and vividly the development achievements in all fields of Vietnam, especially in the process of innovation, development and international integration; convey valuable information and knowledge to the public and have a wide spread at home and abroad.
Thereby contributing to communicating and promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam to the world to affirm to the world that Vietnam is a peaceful, beautiful, dynamically developing and happy country.

Each contest category (photo and video) has the following prizes and prize values: 1 First Prize 50 million VND; 2 Second Prizes: 30 million VND/prize; 3 Third Prizes: 15 million VND/prize; 10 Encouragement Prizes: 5 VND/prize; 1 Most Voted Work Prize: 5 million VND.
The Organizing Committee encourages and will award 1 creative prize in each category (photo and video) worth: 20 million VND for works with new ideas, creativity in content and form of expression.
