Accordingly, implementing Official Dispatch No. 36/BCDQGKTTT dated April 17, 2025 of the National Steering Committee on Economic and Social Development on the direction and key tasks of developing economic and social cooperation, cooperatives (HTX) and the 2025 action plan of the National Steering Committee on Economic and Social Development, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Provincial Steering Committee on Economic and Social Development requested members of the Provincial Steering Committee on Economic and Social Development, according to the functions and tasks assigned in the Regulations on organization and operation of the Provincial Steering Committee on Economic and Social Development, to study and fully implement the contents according to the direction of the Deputy Prime Minister , Head of the National Steering Committee on Economic and Social Development (for the Steering Committees on Economic and Social Development of provinces and centrally-run cities).

In addition, strengthen propaganda activities, disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on the development of collective economy and cooperatives; closely coordinate with central agencies to promptly apply and implement specific regimes and policies to support the development of collective economy and cooperatives; continue to implement programs, projects and plans for the development of collective economy and cooperatives in the province. Focus on implementing Plan No. 3520/KH-UBND dated June 4, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing phase 2 to complete the pilot model, replicate the new-style cooperative model in the period of 2021 - 2025 in the province; at the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision to recognize cooperatives participating in the Project to meet the criteria of effective new-style cooperatives in the period of 2021 - 2025.

Advise the Provincial People's Committee to prepare reports summarizing the implementation of the Project on selecting, perfecting and replicating effective new-style cooperative models in localities across the country for the period 2021 - 2025 according to Decision No. 167/QD-TTg dated February 3, 2021 of the Prime Minister on approving the Project on selecting, perfecting and replicating effective new-style cooperative models in localities across the country for the period 2021 - 2025, Decision No. 1804/QD-TTg dated November 13, 2020 of the Prime Minister on approving the Program to support the development of collective economy and cooperatives for the period 2021 - 2025 and Decision No. 1318/QD-TTg dated July 22, 2021 of the Prime Minister on the plan to develop collective economy and cooperatives for the period 2021 - 2025.

Promote activities to consolidate and improve the quality of weak cooperatives; dissolve cooperatives that have stopped operating and are no longer able to consolidate; promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee on cases beyond authority/difficulties and problems for guidance on implementation.
